Application Process

1. Gather Necessary Documents

Before starting your application, please make sure you have the following documents ready in electronic PDF format:

Certified copy of your ID
Certified copy of your Matric Certificate or equivalent
Post-Matric certificates (if applicable)
Proof of payment of the R350 application fee

Additional documents required for PGCE applicants:

Certified copies of your Diploma/National Diploma or Undergraduate Degree
Institutionally stamped Academic Transcript/Record
SAQA Verification Report (if applying with a foreign qualification obtained outside South Africa)

2. Start Online Submission

Complete the online application. You will be asked to populate the following information about yourself:

Biographical
Academic
Financial
Information required by the DHET

3. Pay Application Fee

The application fee of R350.00 needs to be paid before completing the application. Please attach your proof of payment as part of your application. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable

Why do we ask for Proof of Payment as part of your application submission?

Your application will only be processed after all your supporting documents have been verified. This is to avoid unnecessary delays and to ensure efficient turnaround times for applications.

Please note that the absence of any of the required attachments will result in a delay in your application status.

NB: No application will be considered without the proof of payment attachment.

The Two Oceans Graduate Institute will review your application as soon as possible and upon the successful payment of application fee.

You will be notified via email once a decision has been made regarding your application. Students will be contacted if further interviews are necessary.

Acceptance letters and registration forms will be sent to successful applicants.
